This album was born through the fruits of several years of labor. Tracks on this album date back to 2020, both before and after the recording of Kryo2020. The decision to start this album was not an easy one. For three years I had been trying, and failing, to produce any meaningful amount of music. The inspiration, motivation, and passion was simply... not there. I briefly considered quitting altogether, and very nearly ended up deleting all music-related programs off my computer and phone.

However, recently, I started to feel that itch again. The one to create. Make something. Starting in January, I began work on the new album, documenting my progress on Tumblr for everyone to see. This, I think, was the biggest factor in actually finishing the work. Instead of being holed up keeping things a secret, I was actively sharing my work and it made me feel more connected, even if realistically nobody read any of it.
